Arriving in Crete:
There are two international airports in Crete, one in Heraklion and one in Chania. There are also daily fligths from Athens and Thessaloniki and daily connection by ferry between the port of Piraeus and the ports of Heraklion and Chania. Ferries depart at around 21:00 and arrive at dawn, at around 06:30.
Moving around:
For your travels, we recommend that you rent a car, since during the race the cost for a small-medium car of 4 days ranges at 45 €. Indicatively you can see options here.
You can also travel by bus from Heraklion or Rethimnon:
